Vinodh Srinivasan is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Apollo Pharmacies Limited. He joined  Apollo in May 2020. He has been the finance head for the retail pharmacy operations since then. 
He was actively involved during the demerger process of the retail pharmacy business from the listed entity. Prior to joining Apollo, Vinodh was a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice with over 19 years of experience, mainly in the Manufacturing (Process Industries) and Technology Media & Telecom (Technology) sectors.
Vinodh has led and managed engagements of Manufacturing entities, Infrastructure entities and  software companies. He specialises in Indian GAAP, Limited reviews, tax audits and also in Internal audits apart from certification works for the clients. Vinodh has also worked on USGAAP engagements for a pharmaceutical company under PCAOB standards. Vinodh was part of the audit team of the restated financial statements of erstwhile Satyam Computer Services Limited for the years 2008-09 and 2009-10.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from Osmania University.
